Frequently Asked Questions:

• How will I know when my product is shipped and who will be the carrier?
You will receive an email from us the day your order is shipped. UPS is our primary carrier as they include insurance up to $100.00 at no extra cost. We can and will use other carriers depending on customer wishes and needs. Regardless an email will be sent when package enters the shipping stream.

• How do I know when you have received my mailed payment?
Depending on your payment method, you will receive an email letting you know
your mailed payment is being processed.
In the case you need to use a money order, we suggest you send us only postal money orders. Postal money orders at this time are the most secure. In Canada make sure you use correct color postal money order for the states.
If you must use a check expect 10-15 day delay for check to clear before your order can be shipped to you.
Bad checks can be subject to an additional $75.00 bad check charge, as well as any charges from your bank.
We accept and suggest paypal. Paypal accepts most all credit and debit cards. Please do notsend cash. It is not safe.

• Will you email me a tracking number?
Most of our customers do receive a tracking number from the USPS or UPS, however using this number on the USPS or UPS web site will not display the day to day location of the package.  Contact us if you feel your package is overdue or you did not receive a tracking number. Tracking numbers are now used by all major carriers and are very secure for both the shipper and the customer.

• When do you leave feedback?
Feedback on ebay auctions is left after receiving feedback from the customer. We feel when customer leaves feedback first package has been received in good order to the customer satisfaction.
However if tracking the item shows package has been delivered and before the end of the month, we will send positive feedback as the customer has finished their end by paying upfront.

• I live in Canada and I cannot bid on your items, do you ship internationally?
We sure do!  All customers that do not have a United States postal zip code may need to contact us about shipping rates. International customers need to be advised that your country or customs may have additional fees that we have no knowledge of, or control over. Fees are deemed duty or taxes.
When ordering from us you become the importer to your country. Our products will be listed as a gift for customs paperwork.
International buyers will have to supply us with a phone number and we suggest an email address so we may complete customs paperwork.   This paperwork can not be completed without a phone number.

• Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes.

• How much is shipping?
We have a shipping calculator located near the bottom half of each listing that calculates the rate.  International bidders must contact us for rates. In the case of ebay auctions an estimated s&h charge may be used, that will be adjusted before invoice is sent once postal code or country is known. A calculator suggested by ebay may also be used by entering your postal code. Even with the calculator, international bidders will have to get a quote from us before bidding.
